Our mission is to make room for art, chance encounters, and a life less mapped out. Through photography, films, zines, and pop-ups, we turn the places we pass through into places to make something together. Wherever we land, we bring backpackers, artists, and curious strangers into the fold.
The cult is mostly an excuse to make things with people we met on the way.

Lost Famous is an independent creative movement disguised as a cult. Or perhaps a cult disguised as a creative movement. Our legal department has advised us not to elaborate.
What do you get for donating?
Nothing, really. Except the opportunity to watch this ridiculous little idea slowly become something real.
You’ll get to witness the progress, the experiments, the successes, the inevitable mistakes, and possibly the rise of something nobody asked for.We’re not promising you rewards, exclusive privileges, spiritual awakening, or even a free sticker.
Think of it as funding a social experiment with no guaranteed outcome. Except this one has a name, a logo, and the audacity to ask for money.

Ink St. opened in 2014 on the second floor of an old print shop on a quiet East Village block. We took the space for the north light and because the neighbours didn’t mind the buzz. A decade on we’re still here — four residents, one long room, a wall of flash, and a record player that runs most afternoons.
We work slowly and talk a lot. Every custom piece starts with a consult and is drawn for your body, not pulled off the internet. We say no when we think an idea won’t age well, and yes — with enthusiasm — to the ones that will.

Work & Rates
Starting rates below. Final quotes come after a free consult and depend on size, placement and detail. A $100 deposit holds your date and comes off the final price.

Pre-drawn designs from the wall, walk-in only, first come first inked. Every Friday from 14:00.

Small single-needle work — botanicals, micro portraits, script. Up to palm size.

Custom, Hourly
Blackwork, colour and larger custom pieces, billed per hour once the design is approved.

Cover-Up & Rework
Blasting over or reviving old ink. Needs a consult and photos of the existing tattoo.

Six-hour session at a flat day rate. Multi-session sleeves and back pieces.
